![]() ![]() Michael picked him up as soon as Muse started screaming. Mikleo was lying on the ground surrounded by flames but not on fire. >Also common sense Mikleo shouldn't have been able to survive it, hellions are shown to be tougher than the average human, getting caught on fire won't kill them. The scenes where Michael sacrifices Mikleo are one of the rare ones in that the English lines are a perfect translation from Japanese, with the pause and inflection and everything. Take your own advice and watch it yourself. >Then watch the scene in Calmann in Japanese, there's more than enough evidence to interpret that Mikleo became a hellion. The entire goal of the second arc of the game is to figure this out. Heldalf's despair from constantly enduring his family and friends' deaths is what turned him into a hellion. He cursed Heldalf to an eternal life of solitude, which manifested as every person close to Heldalf dying horribly or becoming inhuman. Michael didn't curse Heldalf to become a hellion. >Michael simply cursing someone to turn into a hellion goes against everything we learn about Malevolence, the game never even implies that someone can even do that. Not only that but them being around more, gives less of a reason for Rose to be around. If Sergei was going to be involved more, it would probably meant that Rose would have been involved less, since if he was around her more often he'd probably realize that there was something off about her. There's a question about whether or not Rose was even meant to be in the game to begin with. There are Nips who also believe that originally Hedalf was supposed to know Michael personally. Tell me about it, one of the biggest problems with Sorey was that he wasn't allowed to be the protagonist of his own story. And doing that by getting two big players from both sides to find out the truth and get handle on things, and the second part of the game being about you defeating Hedalf. It would make sense if he was more important, since that would essentially make the first part of the game about stopping the biggest cause of Malevolence in the continent, which was the war. Sergei teaches Sorey Shishisenkou and it's an important arte, even Heldalf uses it. Rose was so shoddily added in that if you try to fix the story of Zestiria, then she actually doesn't fit, and in many ways will just stand out like a sore thumb, worse than Dezel. I would even change how malevolence works, because even the Nips believe that it's bullshit. Have the lord of the Land quests be main quests, and to see all of them through till the very end, they should all have some type of resolution.įix up the back story for the game, allow you to get more invested with the world. When you find out about Maltran Alisha is back in your party, and it actually goes somewhere, and Alisha decides not the take the bullshit any longer. Sergei is forced to take a stand and Sorey and the Seraph actually take that to heart. Sergei should have been allowed to travel with you to Goddouin to meet the Pope, and then call him out on his bullshit, while pointing out to the party that ignoring a problem won't make it go away. Alisha's replacement storyline wise shouldn't have been Rose but rather Sergei. The story essentially starts going to shit the moment Alisha's leaves, but that has nothing to do with Alisha herself, though there are signs that it started becoming bad from early on.įirst of all they need to stop Lailah from stopping Sorey from getting personally involved in any of the side quests, with that out of the way they need to make sure that the side quests some satisfying endings.
